Shaquille Boga, JV Head Coach

Coach Boga enters his 2nd season as JV head coach at a different program. A St. Louis native, Boga has several Midwest ties from him being all over the US playing and now coaching. Last season Boga was at McCluer South Berkeley where he led the JV team to a 13-4 record finishing 3rd in a big time Orchard Farm Christmas tournament. Boga also is one of the top AAU coaches in the Midwest. He is the head coach of the St. Louis Eagles also known as Bradley Beal Elite, where he led them to several championship Sundays bringing home two championship trophies. Boga now takes reign at Central High school where he will try to continue his successful start.

Coach Boga is from St. Louis and went to McCluer High school where he finished as the schools all-time leader in points, assists, and steals in school history. He had several offers coming from the school and decided to choose the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin to play with his brother. After one season Boga transferred and went to Mineral Area College to play for now SLU Basketball assistant Corey Tate, where Boga led them to the first ever trip to Hutchinson Kansas to play for the NJCAA Championship. After JUCO, Boga decided to commit to the University of Texas Pan-Am, where he had a solid career and averaged 13.4 PPG, 4.1APG, and 2.2SPG. Boga Graduated with his bachelors in communication and decided he would start his career in coaching and teaching.
